Renting a car or driving your own? (Driving Directions) We have valet parking available on property and you’ll also find public parking just across the street from the hotel in a pay lot.
Valet rates:
—Overnight: $26.00 + 6% sales tax
—Overnight Long Stay (7+ days): $14.00 + 6% sales tax
—Breakfast, Lunch & Brunch: Complimentary
—Granddam Dinner & Lost Palm: $11.00 + 6% sales tax
–Yes. Our standard check-out time is 11AM and check-in is 3PM
–Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Applicable fees will be determined on the day of departure. Please contact the Front Desk for current pricing.
–Departures after 3:00 PM may be charged up to a full night’s rate.
We’re always more than happy to store luggage free of charge during your stay at The Manchester, and you’re welcome to leave your bags with us during the day you check-in or check-out.
Yes! We have Manchester bikes that are available for use throughout your stay. Just ask at the front desk for more information.
Yes we provide cribs complimentary upon request.

The minimum age to check into the hotel is 21 years old. Please bring a valid ID for check in.

Our change and cancellation terms vary per type of booking, but many of our rates are fully cancellable when you book directly on our website. Please refer to the terms and conditions displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.
If you have made a booking and want to talk to someone about changing or canceling it, just reply to your confirmation email to connect with one of the team, or use the form on our website to get in touch.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at the time of booking. Payment is taken upon check-out unless stated otherwise. Please refer to our payment policy and specific terms and conditions when booking online.

Yes! Don’t leave home without them — we are pet-fee-free.
PET Policy: 1 Pet Allowed per Room
Due to health regulations, only service animals (animals trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability) are welcome in indoor dining spaces which include the Lobby Lounge. Non-service animals are welcome in our lobby and courtyard areas. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
The Manchester is a smoke–free property dedicated to providing guests, visitors, and employees with a safe and healthy environment. Smoking in guest rooms, suites, or any public spaces in the hotel, Granddam, or Lost Palm will incur a fee of $250 per incident. Additional deep cleaning fees may be incurred.
ROOMS
Our 124 rooms come in five types – The Luxe King, The King, The Double Queen, The Quad, The Double Full, or one of our two types of Suites – Penthouse and The Manchester. Check out the rooms page for photos and more details.
While we only have a couple of connecting room options, we do have one Deluxe King that connects to another Deluxe King as well as one Double Queen that connects to a Deluxe King.
Yes! All of our rooms have a hair dryer in room and a garment steamer for all your drying and steaming needs.
