Granddam is The Manchester’s expansive Appalachian dining hall — and also the name of a matriarchal racehorse, past her prime but living the dream. Conjure her spirit with table-side juleps, reimagined Bluegrass fare from local purveyors, and maybe the occasional Virginia Slim. We’re open seven nights a week, just off the lobby. Come say hey, at your leisure.

While away warm Kentucky nights at Lost Palm, our tropical, pineapple-scented rooftop paradise. Inspired by 1960s South Florida — Lexington’s Southern Sister in Horses — Lost Palm’s indoor outdoor drinking parlor features a flamboyant tiki cocktail program and Down Home Tropical dishes made for sharing — wild stuff like gator bites and short rib sliders. Come get a tan. We’re up on the roof.
