THE FILLY FARM
Resting among the rolling hills of Georgetown, Kentucky is The Filly Farm — a stunning 35-acre property that offers a blend of natural beauty and refined elegance. Adjacent to a pasture of fillies and surrounded by countryside views, the grounds provide a secluded, intimate atmosphere ideal for exchanging vows among friends and family.
Enjoy exclusive access to the grounds — including dedicated outdoor spaces for a ceremony, cocktail hour, and tented reception — ideal for up to 200 guests. THE GRAND HALL
The Grand Hall is our most expansive on-property private event space. Located in the building directly next door to the hotel, it is the perfect venue for your next large-scale event — weddings, corporate functions, launch parties — and more.

With 7,500 sq. ft. of space including a full bar, the possibilities are nearly endless in this venue. The layout of this space is very flexible allowing for pre-function cocktail hour, a seated dinner, dancing, and more.
THE FOUNTAIN HALL & PATIO
The Fountain Hall is our 2nd largest on-property private event space, located in the building directly next door to the hotel. Ideal for small to medium-sized events — ceremonies, cocktail parties, dinners, corporate meetings — and more.

With 1,900 sq. ft. indoors and 900 sq. ft. outdoors, this space is truly unique — allowing for guests to flow between both parts of the venue during your event (weather permitting).
THE BOARDROOM
The Boardroom is the ultimate private space for your next corporate lunch or business meeting. A private space located on the 7th floor, it offers the most privacy available to our guests. It features AV, natural daylight from large windows, and a side sofa.

375 sq. ft. – This is The Boardroom on the 7th floor. This space feels like that of a typical boardroom meeting environment but it offers our guests the utmost privacy with the location. It is AV capable with a 85″ wall-mounted display, in-table power, a side sofa, and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.
THE PRIVATE DINING ROOM
The Private Dining Room serves as an excellent option for your next corporate lunch, business meeting, or group dinner. A semi-private environment separated from the main dining room by drapery, it features AV and all the natural daylight needed to create an ambient space that is ideal for results or refreshments.

280 sq. ft. – This is the Private Dining room in Granddam. This space has the feel of a typical boardroom meeting space in any other venue but it is located just inside of our Granddam restaurant. It is AV capable with a built in tv cabinet, power in the floor, and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.
LOST PALM
A 7th floor nod to sultry south Florida. Our Southern sister in equine enthusiasm — where salt-licked palms bear witness to Southern Comfort and debaucherous cabana boys. Share plates, big hats, an inspired tiki cocktail program.

At 1,600 sq. ft., Lost Palm is the ideal private event space when looking to host larger groups — there’s no other space like it in Lexington.
THE CABANAS AT LOST PALM
The Cabana Terrace at Lost Palm offers sweeping views of the city and a relaxed rooftop setting ideal for a variety of events. From cocktail receptions to corporate gatherings, this flexible outdoor space provides a unique atmosphere for groups to connect, unwind, and enjoy one of Lexington’s most distinctive rooftop experiences.

This is the patio of Lost Palm and it’s not a small one at 1,000 sq. ft. This is a fantastic outdoor space for groups with breathtaking views of downtown Lexington and beyond. This outdoor space is unlike any other in the city.
THE COURTYARD
Our cozy courtyard would love to play host to your next event in Lexington. Keep our lovely lounge furniture as is or turn the courtyard into whatever your event requires from Quinceanera to 5 piece traveling polka band.

700 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space. An outdoor courtyard with a small bank of permanent seating against the wall with a gas fire pit , and lounge furniture (moveable). Essentially, this 700 sq ft. space can be a blank slate for event planners who are looking to accommodate something special outdoors (weather dependent) for 50 – 65 guests depending on the final set up.
