Terms & Conditions
Please note that the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the hotel website for 941 Management LLC (DBA The Manchester). Please read the terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using The Manchester website (“Site). By accessing or using the website (“Site”), you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the website.
Website Use: The Website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate online bookings and reservations for hotel accommodations. You agree to use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Reservation Process: The Website allows you to make online reservations for hotel accommodations. The reservation process may require you to provide personal information, such as your name, contact details, payment information, and any other information necessary for completing the reservation. By making a reservation, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Reservation Confirmation: Once you complete the reservation process, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your reservation. Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.
Pricing and Payment: Prices displayed on the Website are in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of reservation, and you agree to provide accurate and valid payment information. We accept various payment methods, and your payment will be processed securely. Additional charges, such as taxes, service fees, and surcharges, may apply. Specifically, the property-assessed clean energy fee assists our property in paying assessments to the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government in association with borrowing from PACE Equity LLC, a legislated public/private partnership and program overseen by the U.S. Department of Energy. The assessment, incurred for purposes of developing a low carbon, energy efficient, new-build structure, is electively and incrementally passed through to the tenant / customer in support of incentivizing The Manchester’s implementation of clean-energy initiatives but may be rejected upon verbal or written request.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific hotel and rate selected. Please review the cancellation policy provided during the reservation process. In the event of cancellation, refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the specific reservation.
